I came from a home with seven other cats after my human sadly passed away, so I'm used to sharing space and adapting to change. I'm very much a man of leisure and enjoy relaxing on my own, though I'm perfectly happy lounging alongside other cats or humans, it's one of my favorite ways to spend the day. I'm not especially food-motivated, but I absolutely love sitting by the window, watching birds and anything that happens to pass by. Don't worry though, I promise my interest is purely observational and not fueled by any murderous intent. Meet the Pet
Once approved, a meet 'n' greet will be scheduled.

Sign Adoption Contract
If the meet 'n' greet is a match, the contract will be completed and adoption fee will need to be remitted.
Additional adoption info
We will adopt to out of state adopters but we do NOT ship animals under any conditions. You must come to us in person to meet the animal and make sure it is a mutual match. We have had many adopters come from the states around us and drive or fly with their new family member back.

Saving One Life is a completely foster based, volunteer run, never kill rescue. Our motto is that although we can't save the world, it makes a world of difference to the ones we do save.
If you find a litter of kittens or your cat accidentally got pregnant - please contact us if you are able to foster them at intake@savingonelife.org. We cannot take in more animals without foster homes. All supplies and vet care will be taken care of - all you have to do is open your home and heart to them until they can find homes of their own!
All of our adoptable animals are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, tested for felv/fiv (Cats), dewormed, and microchipped. Adoption fees range depending on the animal's age and breed. All adoption fees assist other animals in our care - we do not have any paid employees. We are a completely never kill group that provides sanctuary to any "unadoptable" animals that come into our care including hospice care.
