Hi, I'm Buddy, otherwise known as Little Smudge. I'm enjoying life and living large. All the world is a toy to me. I like to play with a roll of paper towels. And can destroy it very quickly. The crinkle of a bag or even a box and I have a great time. My friends and I from my foster house, my furry friends and my puppy friends all play well together. I like a little ball I can chase also. I know I look like I have an oil spot on the top of my head but I really don't. It's just one black smudge. Can't we all use a Little Smudge in your life?

There is no obligation to adopt by completing an application, however, we do recommend submitting an application as soon as you find an animal you are interested in. Completed applications can also be sent via email to adopt@jcapl.org , faxed to 919-300-5524 or delivered in person by visiting us at one of our adoption events on Saturdays at PetSmart in Garner (White Oak Shopping Center or Timber Drive next to Home Depot).
