My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Let’s be honest: most things in life need cheese. Good thing we have a ton of options for you to find your perfect pairing! Gouda, Manchego, Ricotta, and Stilton are a litter of puppies that were rescued at just three weeks old. And after a few weeks in foster care, they are ready to serve up a whole platter of possibilities!

When you have a rescue, the combinations are endless. Snack plates on the couch, hoagies on the beach, grilled cheese by the pool, and bruschetta at your dinner parties always taste best when you have a friend to share them with. These Chihuahua mixes are playful, well-socialized and as cute as can be. They will likely be small to medium sized when fully grown, and will be “grate” companions provided they are given structure, training, and a little bite of cheese every time you open your fridge.

So, if you’ve got a palate for puppies, serve yourself up a new best friend! Apply today!

More about this rescue

SNIPSA is an organization formed by a group of veterinarians and caring individuals dedicated to helping homeless and unwanted animals in San Antonio and the surrounding area. SNIPSA does not have a standing shelter and depends on a core of volunteers to foster and rehabilitate animals in their homes. This provides us with the opportunity to learn first hand about the animal’s needs and behavior in order to facilitate an appropriate adoption. SNIPSA was incorporated in 2005 and has re-homed more than 3000 animals.
