My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Athena is a bright little goddess-in-training with a curious mind and a confident heart. Named after the Greek goddess of wisdom and courage, this Athena already shows signs of being a clever, thoughtful puppy who loves to figure things out and explore her world.
She’s playful and fun, but also observant and gentle — the kind of puppy who watches what’s going on, then jumps in with enthusiasm. Athena loves toys, enjoys learning new things, and is always happy to soak up attention and praise from her people. After playtime, she’s perfectly content to curl up for a cozy nap by your side.
Athena will thrive in a home excited to continue her training and socialization. She’d do great with a family, another friendly dog, or anyone looking for a loyal companion who’s both fun and smart.

Additional adoption info

Please visit www.hopeanimals.org/adopt to learn more about our adoption process and to complete an adoption application.

Adoption Fee includes spay/neuter*, microchipping, up-to-date vaccinations, and current heartworm and flea/tick preventatives.

*If pet is not old enough to be spayed or neutered prior to adoption, a $50.00 credit will be paid to your vet at the time of surgery.

We require a veterinary reference for current pet owners, and pets must be up to date on vaccines and heartworm preventative. We meet potential adopters in their homes and introduce the pets to the family's current pets to see if it is a good match. A copy of our adoption contract can be requested via email.
