My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Animal Information: Waylon and Winnie were surrendered to Haven Humane Society at 1 week old and rescued by one of our California partners. They are now 5-months-old, and have grown up in a home with dogs, cats, kids, horses and other livestock. Mama was only 40lbs, but we don't know who dad was. These puppies are friendly, playful and so very sweet.

Foster Update: Winnie may be just 5 months old, but she has the sweetest old soul. There’s a gentle, thoughtful quality about her that makes everyone she meets fall a little bit in love. She’s wonderfully social and has gotten along beautifully with every dog she’s met, and she’s always eager to make new friends, both canine and human.

Winnie is doing fantastic with potty training on a consistent schedule, is comfortable in her crate, and sleeps peacefully through the night. She rides well in the car and has shown a remarkably gentle demeanor, even when spending time with a toddler.

This girl would thrive in a family that appreciates large breed dogs. She would be perfectly happy as an only dog or with a canine sibling to share her days. If you’re looking for a kind, affectionate companion with a heart full of love, Winnie is ready to grow up by your side.

Adoption Info: Adoption fee is $575 which includes spay/neuter (on contract, if applicable), core vaccinations Rabies and DPPV per AVMA standards, any indicated preventative care, microchip with lifetime registration, and recent health check with a veterinarian. Adoption fee may be tax deductible as Dog Gone Seattle is a 501c3 organization (ID 81-5101166).

Animal History: This dog was transferred from Forever Home Dog Rescue in Edmonds, WA. They will be available for adoption in the greater Seattle area once evaluated in foster care.
