Cat Information

Little Louie was found starving outside in the cold. He ran to a person walking by and asked for help. He was sick with an upper respiratory infection and clearly underweight. The kind person took him in to get help. Since then, Louie has gotten better and is thriving in his foster home. He loves to play and he loves to get all the love he can.
