My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

We adopted Merlin in 2022 as a kitten. He has always been skittish and extremely slow to warm up to people. We have an older cat that Merlin tries to interact with, but the other cat does not like Merlin at all. Merlin has never warmed up to us, and recently we got a puppy which just adds to his stress. We also have two small kids that Merlin does not like at all. With the puppy in the house, Merlin never comes out from behind our tv unless it’s nighttime and the dog is in the bedroom.

He needs a patient, experienced adopter that he can form a bond with - preferably a dog/child-free home. We want the best for him and hope to find him a loving home.
