My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Gamora! This sweet little lady just arrived to our shelter last week with 13 other kitties and she is so ready to find a family to love her. Gamora seems to do well with other friendly cats and kids but isn`t a huge fan of being picked up and held. She prefers to warm a lap when she is ready but we promise she is a fun loving gal! Gamora is a chatty cat and would love to find a home where she can watch the birds in the window and tell you all about her day.
Gamora is already spayed, microchipped, dewormed and up to date on her vaccines! Come meet this gorgeous gal today!

More about this shelter

Eagle County Animal Shelter and Services handles all of the animal control and animal shelter services for Eagle County. We are a small shelter and are considered socially conscious, which means we are "no-kill" for space. We are always looking for volunteers, foster homes, and item donations. If you are interested in donating to the shelter we have a wish list available that includes lots of items that we use everyday here at our shelter to benefit the dogs and cats directly. Please call us at 970-328-DOGS if you are interested in volunteering. We love to have people come in to socialize our cats and walk and socialize the dogs. Come see us!!
