Meet Milo — a smart, loyal gentleman ready for his second chance!

Milo is a 6-year-old male Heeler mix with striking coloring and the kind of presence that lets you know he’s been a well-loved family dog. He came to us after being relinquished to animal control, and when his time was up and he was at risk of euthanasia, we stepped in to give this incredible boy the chance he deserved.

Why Milo is such a gem:
• Knows his commands and tricks: sit, stay/lay down, back, chase your tail, and probably a few more
• Leash trained and house trained — no puppy chaos here
• Loves people and gets along well with other dogs
• Smart, attentive, and eager to engage with his humans

Milo truly loves everyone he meets, but we wouldn’t recommend a home with very young children. He would do best with older kids or adults who appreciate a dog that’s interactive, intelligent, and ready to be part of daily life.

Milo is proof that great dogs sometimes just need a second chance. If you’re looking for a loyal companion who already knows the ropes and has a heart full of love to give, Milo is ready to be your best friend
