Penelope is a 2 year old spayed female great dane who weighs 115 pounds. She was rescued after being abandoned and later surprised us with a litter of puppies. She is a giant puppy who is a bit timid until she gets to know you and would do best in a home without kids due to her being startled easily. She has tested well with other dogs, but appears that she has never been in a home and can be a bit much, so might do best as an only dog. She cannot go to a home with cats. No exceptions. Our adoption fee for dogs 1 year and above is $450 plus tax ($477 total) and our adoption fee for puppies under 12 months is $600 plus tax ($636 total). The adoption fee includes a wellness exam, all age appropriate vaccines, spay/neuter surgery, heartworm testing when age appropriate, worming, microchip and registration, and flea/tick treatment.
