When available, all animals are fixed in accordance with Colorado law, up to date on vaccines (may need boosters), and microchipped!
What we know: Transferred to Colorado Puppy Rescue from Animal Rescue Friends of Floydada (Texas). Per partner notes, originated from a large-scale hoarding situation involving numerous Huskies, including multiple pregnant females and young puppies . All dogs from the property were reportedly intact at the time they were found. Transferred to CPR with one sister. Arrived to CPR up to date on vaccines and has been spayed aged at 11 months old
From the foster: Hi, I’m Brandy! I’m a soft, fluffy girl with beautiful coloring and natural eyeliner. I’m very sweet but still quite unsure, and my crate is my favorite safe place.
I don’t usually venture out of my crate, yet, unless it’s for the really good stuff (hello steak and hot dogs!), but I truly love gentle pets and relax and smile more each day. I’m becoming more interested in the people around me as I slowly warm up. I’m also starting to show interest in toys!
I’m calm, quiet, and happiest inside, far away from the big, noisy outside world. I’ll need a home with extra patience and lots of love. In return, I’ll give you soft eyes, quiet companionship, and the joy of watching a shy heart slowly open.
If you have a gentle home and an even gentler heart, I think we could be perfect together!
**Added note: Right now, I freeze up and start shaking whenever I step outside, so I am only going to the bathroom on pee pads. I think once I get used to outside I'll be fine. Also, I would benefit from a home that has another dog to show me the ropes
