Ace is a 3-month-old baby boy (DOB: 11/5/25) who came into this world ready to win hearts and steal socks. His mom is a Border Collie/Heeler mix, which means Ace is set up to be smart, active, and the perfect medium size — built for adventures by day and couch snuggles by night.
Ace is a classic puppy through and through: zoomies at random intervals, toys that must be conquered, and a tail that never stops wagging. He brings the butt wiggles, puppy kisses, and those laugh-out-loud moments that make puppyhood so magical (even when you’re dodging those tiny shark teeth).

Hay Dude Equine Rescue, in Boerne, TX, does not have a shelter - ALL of our dogs, are raised in foster homes in the San Antonio area. Each pup comes spayed or neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations that are appropriate for their age, microchipped, heartworm tested and on current on monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventative.

(1) promote and educate the public on horse slaughter and equine abuse
(2) Rescue, retrain and rehome slaughter bound, abused, or neglected horses
(3) educate the public on proper horse care and husbandry
(4) offer assistance to equine owners in times of natural or personal disaster
(5) rehabilitate neglected and abused equines
(6) accept donations of rehomeable equines for adoption and placement
(7) adopt equines into thoroughly vetted homes
