If you're looking for a super-friendly, mellow cat, Peanut might be your guy. He's about ten years old and just happy to have a warm lap or a soft blanket. His owner -- who certainly came up with the perfect name, because he absolutely resembles a peanut shell -- moved to assisted living and couldn't bring his friend with him. Peanut has enormous front stompers and cute "mud flaps," or a belly pouch that swings when he trots along, just like his lion and tiger cousins. He's also fond of making biscuits. This is a kitty that will make friends and family say, "Wow. What a cool cat!" He's just moved to one of our foster homes and really glad to be back in a home but, what he really dreams of is a new forever home.
If you'd like to meet this cat or think this cat would be a good match for your family, please complete our adoption questionnaire at http://www.trentoncats.org/adoption-questionnaire/ and let your references know someone will be contacting them soon. All our cats are neutered, up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations, dewormed and flea-treated, tested for FIV/FeLV, and microchipped prior to adoption. Thanks for opting to adopt!
