My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Kira
Male/Neutered
7 Months
Adoption Fee: $350

Kira is a handsome young boy with shiny black fur brushed with soft grey highlights and striking golden eyes. He came to WARL with his mom and brother when their previous owner faced housing challenges, and now he’s ready to find a loving forever home of his own.

This curious and affectionate kitten has lots of energy and thrives on attention. He loves having space to explore and would enjoy roaming around a cozy home where there’s plenty to see and do. Playtime is one of Kira’s favorite parts of the day, scratching posts and toys he can bat around are a must!

After his zoomies are over, Kira is happy to relax, especially if it’s in a cat tree by a sunny window where he can watch the world go by. With his playful spirit and loving nature, Kira would make a wonderful companion for someone ready to give him the time and affection he craves.

Walk-in adoption hours at WARL are Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 12:00-4:00 PM.
If those times don’t work, simply fill out the Adoption Inquiry Form on our website under the FORMS tab, and we’ll happily arrange a meet-and-greet that fits your schedule.

More about this shelter

Since our founding in 1912, the Worcester Animal Rescue League (WARL) has been dedicated to the care of the animals who provide so much for their human companions. Without your support, however, nothing we do would be possible. WARL is a non-profit organization and your donations of money, time, supplies, homes, and love are vital to our cause and the lives of the animals in our care. Our sincerest thanks.
