Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi, my name is Isaac. My life didn’t start out in the most ideal setting, so the world can feel a little overwhelming at times. New places and new people can make me nervous at first, but with patience, gentle encouragement, and a few days to settle in, my true personality really shines. I do best in a home with routine and structure where I can feel safe and confident.
Once I’m comfortable, I’m a happy, active pup who loves to play and explore. Toys are one of my favorite things, especially stuffed animals, balls, and chews. I also love running around the backyard doing zoomies, especially with other dogs. I’ve done great with big dogs and truly enjoy having friends to play with.
I’m affectionate and seek out pets, and when playtime is over, I turn into a big cuddle bug who wants to be right up against you. I’m a smart boy who is very treat motivated and learns quickly. I’m already picking up puppy skills like sitting, going up and down the stairs, and going outside for potty breaks, and I’m housebroken too.
My perfect home would be with a family that includes kids and other dogs, where I can continue to learn, play, and blossom into the confident, joyful pup I’m meant to be. If you’re looking for a sweet youngster who just needs a little time to bloom, I might be your perfect match.
Love, Isaac
