Zayne is a 2-year-old Australian Shepherd mix weighing about 38 pounds who was found as a stray with his brother, Bayne. While their early story is a mystery, Zayne is very much an open book when it comes to affection and joy.

He’s the confident brother, greeting the world with a happy tail and a big heart. Zayne is extremely friendly, outgoing, and eager to soak up all the attention he can get. If you’re looking for a dog who believes there is no such thing as too much love, Zayne is your guy. He’s always ready for pets, praise, and companionship.

Zayne enjoys having his brother around and clearly values canine companionship, but he does not need to be adopted with Bayne. He'd likely love to have a canine companion in his future home.

He would do well in a home ready to embrace his affectionate, social personality and give him plenty of love in return. Zayne is the kind of dog who makes fast friends and fills a home with happiness. His minimum adoption fee is $300 plus a $15 fee, if 4 months or older, for rabies registration for McLean County residents.

He has been neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, heartworm checked, dewormed, and is on flea and heartworm preventatives.
