If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
Ollie was born on 1/6/25 and rescued from Humane Society Silicon Valley in March 2025. He was turned into humane society with mom and multiple siblings. He was listed as a large breed mix, assumed to be Shepard, but I do not think that is accurate.
As he has gotten older/bigger he is much more comfortable around other dogs and wants to play all the time. He is good with older kids, but is scared of men in hats, lawn tools or baby strollers. He is crate trained, knows heel, sit and lie. He does very well on property and would be a fantastic guard dog for experienced adults or those with other dogs to learn from.
We are seeking to re-home as his behavior is too unpredictable for my young children and we do not have the yard space he requires.
