Hello, I'm Coco. My journey here is woven with magic. One starlit night, while dreaming beside my two kittens, a whispering wind told us of a place where warmth and love awaited. By morning, we found ourselves nestled in this cozy shelter. I'm a gentle soul, seeking a quiet corner in someone's heart and home. My sweet nature makes me the perfect companion for peaceful days. If you long for a touch of magic and a lot of love, I'm just the friend you need.
Note from Paws human: Coco belonged to a 90-year old woman who never had her spayed, so she ended up pregnant. She had two kittens. The elderly woman died, and one of her neighbors brought in Coco and the kittens to Paws Animal Shelter. Coco is very shy and so far is hanging out on top of the cage in our Zen Meow room (set up for cats who need a calm home environment). In taking her photos I climbed on a chair and petted her, and she immediately started purring. She clearly loves attention but is a little to frightened yet to come down and meet people. With a little time, we're sure she'll come out of her shell. She really is a beautiful, loving cat. To apply to adopt any of our cats or kittens, please visit our website and fill out our on-line application at https://www.pawsurbana.org/apply-to-adopt.
