My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Indie!
Indie is a 3-month-old, 9-pound scruffy terrier mix with a big personality and an even bigger heart. This sweet girl is an absolute cuddle bug! She loves running around and playing with her dog friends, but once she’s done, she’s happiest crawling right into your lap for some quality snuggle time.

Indie is working very hard on her puppy basics and is eager to learn. She gets along wonderfully with other dogs and does great with kids, making her a fantastic addition to a family or a home with furry siblings. If you’re looking for a playful pup who also knows how to slow down and soak up the love, Indie might be your perfect match 💕

More about this rescue

We're a home-based rescue, so there's always someone around to care for the dogs. Most of our dogs are allowed to roam the main yard (as long as they behave themselves), and we have several food and water stations throughout. Every evening, the dogs are tucked into our kennel building with soft bedding.

Our focus is family-friendly dogs who get along with everyone. Of course, we sometimes don't know a dog's temperament until we meet, but we work hard to ensure dogs are going to the right homes for them.

Mission Statement
To provide rescue, rehabilitation and new loving homes for dogs that have been living on the street, abused, abandoned and removed from high kill shelters.
