DOB ~01/05/2025, DSH ORANGE TABBY W/ WHITE, BOBTAIL, MALE NEUTERED
Lucius is a young, spirited male cat with a bold personality and an unmistakable presence. Adventurous, athletic, and confident, he is an extrovert at heart who loves to play, explore, and show off his quirky charm. He is independent but thrives on interaction and will happily engage in energetic play sessions until he finally decides it is time to curl up for a well-earned nap.
Lucius’s journey has not been an easy one. He was originally found living in a cat colony and was trapped for TNVR neuter surgery, then returned to his outdoor home. Shortly afterward, caretakers noticed a serious injury to his tail. He was rushed to an emergency veterinarian, where it was determined that the best option was full tail amputation. As a result, Lucius is now a handsome “Manx-style” cat with a unique look and excellent balance.
In December, caretakers noticed Lucius limping and discovered a significant wound on his leg. After searching for help, he was welcomed into the foster program of Operation CatSnip!, where he received the medical care he needed. His wound healed beautifully, and Lucius has proven just how resilient and adaptable he truly is.
Now fully healed and thriving, Lucius is ready for his next chapter. He is looking for an active, engaging home where he will be played with, challenged, and appreciated for his big personality. If you are searching for a confident, playful companion with a remarkable story and a whole lot of heart, Lucius may be the perfect match.
