Victor is a charming goofball who has one simple mission in life: to get all the treats he can and he uses some goofy smiles and award-winning grins to achieve just that! He thrives on attention and loves being near the people he adores, happily following you around, nudging for pets, and flashing that irresistible smile. He just longs to be part of the family. He is doesn't know his own size though, so be sure that you're careful to not get stepped on or knocked over!

Our state-of-the-art adoption center lovingly cares for up to 150 animals at a time. With advanced sanitizing technologies, air filtration systems and professional staff and volunteers, the Miss Winkles Pet Adoption Center proudly serves as the leading animal care facility in the Valley.
The Clovis Animal Receiving & Care Center at 908 Villa works to return lost animals to their owners. When that’s not possible, the division works to place unclaimed animals with new owners through the adoption program at the Miss Winkles Pet Adoption Center.
