Toby is a gentle, sweet boy with a personality that is quieter and more laid-back than his friend Gracie. When he first came to us, he was a little bit more reserved and shy, but after about a week, he was already in the habit doing happy spins when we arrived home after work. Toby's favorite thing is probably big, comfy beds. He is a very easygoing presence in our apartment, and always makes us laugh by doing things like finding socks and collecting them in his bed, or taking his kibble from his bowl to eat it one piece at a time in his bed. Like most dogs, he loves attention and snacks (he can stand on his back legs for a surprisingly long time if he thinks there's a chance he'll get a potato chip). Toby is truly one of the best dogs and he's sure to steal your heart quicker than you'll steal his.
