Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Alfonzo (tabby) and Alfred (tuxedo) are best-bud kittens about 6 months old who do everything together. They love playing, wrestling, and then curling up for the cutest naps side by side. Alfred is the more outgoing of the two—super friendly and cuddly—while Alfonzo is just as sweet but a bit more thoughtful, preferring to sit back and check things out before coming over to say hello. Together, they’re the perfect balance of playful and gentle, and they’re ready to bring double the love to a forever home. 💛🐱

More about this shelter
The Humane Society of Greater Dayton is proud to be a no-kill animal welfare agency. We are committed to finding great homes for great pets! As a 501(c)(3) nonproft, we receive no government funding and rely solely on donations from individuals, companies and grants to fund our programs and services. We are not affiliated with any other animal agency on a local, state or national level. Since 1902, our organization has been devoted to being a voice for the voiceless. Although we proudly find more than 2,000 animals forever homes every year, we are far more than an adoption center. We currently have a wide array of programs to support animals in our community. Through our high-volume spay and neuter clinic, we are able to help pet owners as well as battle cat overpopulation through Trap-Neuter-Return. Our humane society agents also work tirelessly to protect pets from cruel and neglectful circumstances through our Cruelty & Neglect Investigations Department. Through our Veterinary Hospital, we can provide top-quality access to veterinary care at a low cost to pet owners. In addition to our many programs, our organization is unique because we are the only agency in the community able to handle all types of animals. This includes cats and dogs but also rabbits, birds, farm animals, pocket pets and exotics. Our organization is committed to providing our community, our state and our region with support and care.
