Nani is a special girl with such a sad upbringing. Nani came into the shelter with her sister Nani started their first 5 months of life living in a camper, that was extremely unsanitary. They also received very limited human interaction. While Nani have come leaps & bounds, there are a lot of things that still make them nervous and uncomfortable.
*While Lilo & Nani enjoy each others company they are not bonded, and can be adopted separately*
🐾Nani has spent the last 12 weeks in Pawsitive Futures a training program! Nani have learned tons of commands and skills, they are such a well rounded and playful pups!
Nani is a pitbull mix that is around 9 months old and weight about 40 pounds, so we don’t think she will get too much bigger. Nani can be quite scared/nervous of new people, and do take a significant amount of time to warm up to someone new. Nani is not aggressive by any means but if she is uncomfortable will just try and avoid. Nani is housebroken and would do best in a home with older kids-young children make them far too uncomfortable. Nani doesn’t mind cats and is good with other dogs. Another confident dog is actually ideal as Nani loves other dogs! We do require a dog intro with any future k-9 siblings to make sure everyone gets along.
Nani is up to date on her vaccinations, dewormed, flea treated, heartworm tested, microchipped & spayed!
✔️Nani has completed the program and is able to be adopted at anytime!
