1. All adopted pets must be indoor only animals (except in cases of barn cats or an enclosed catio option). 2. All pets already in the home must be spayed or neutered and up to date on age appropriate vaccines (fvrcp/distemper and rabies vaccinations). 3. If renting, pets must be allowed and all pet fees paid if required.
