My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This beautiful little girl with soulful eyes is Bridges. Her breed is unknown but we see some terrier mix in her, maybe with a beagle. She is estimated to be 3 years old and weighs about 30 lbs. Bridges is a very quiet little girl. She lives in an apartment currently with her foster and hardly makes a peep. She has excellent house manners. She is house trained and will whine at the door when she needs to go potty. She walks well on leash but does not like to go on long walks away from home yet. Bridges does well in her crate but she does not need to be crated. When home alone, she is not destructive. Life was not kind to Bridges before she came into Rico care. Because of her past she is shy and it takes some time to earn her trust. Bridges would thrive in a home with another dog or several dogs of similar size. Having a dog companion reassures her that all is well in the world and helps to bring out her playful side! We also think that she would enjoy her walks a lot more with a doggy friend. The ideal home for Bridges would be a calm and rather quiet family with one or two doggy friends. Bridges is spayed and up to date on vaccines.
