My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Princess Nora – A Gentle, Loving Siamese Mix Looking for Her Forever Throne

Princess Nora is a 9-year-old, 8-pound Siamese mix with a heart full of love and a gentle spirit. She’s a quiet, affectionate companion who adores lap time and gentle pets. Though she can be a bit shy at first, once she trusts someone, she becomes incredibly loving and loyal.

This sweet girl enjoys being held but is still a little apprehensive, so a calm, patient home would be best for her. Quick movements and loud noises can make her nervous, so she’s not recommended for homes with small children. Each morning, she meows softly for attention, asking for her favorite thing — love and headbutts!

Princess Nora has been quarantined due to a possible upper respiratory infection, so she hasn’t yet been tested with other cats in her foster home. However, she previously lived with other cats and would likely do well with a calm, passive feline friend.

She arrived missing part of her front arm and all of her teeth, likely due to previous stomatitis and full dental extractions, but she doesn’t let that slow her down. She eats well, enjoys affection, and loves spending time with her favorite humans.

Additional adoption info

We require a history of vet care-current and/or previous pets are/were kept up to date on vaccines, heartworm testing and prevention, and are/were spayed or neutered. First time pet owners with no vet history are considered on a case by case basis. We do not adopt to homes with unaltered pets.
To meet an available pet, an approved application is required.
We do allow for out of area adoptions, but do not have the resources to provide transportation so interested adopters must come to the Knoxville, TN area for a meet.
We prefer kittens be adopted in pairs, or with another cat in the adoptive home.
We do not adopt out puppy siblings/pairs due to littermate syndrome.
