Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Oakley – ID 15895 – Kennel 404
Maltese terrier / miniature poodle – white – male – 10 years old – 10.25 lb – neutered – up to date on vaccines – heartworm negative – arrived as stray Jan 15
Oakley is a real sweetheart who embodies the gentle charm of a senior dog. At 10 years old, he enjoys a slower pace and spends much of his day peacefully sleeping, content to rest and recharge. He’s small, easy to handle, and has a calm presence that makes him a wonderful companion for a quiet home.
Oakley may be house trained—he keeps his kennel clean and potties as soon as he gets outside, showing great habits and awareness. He appears to be accustomed to a routine and does well with regular potty breaks.
This sweet little guy is looking for a comfortable home where he can enjoy his golden years with soft beds, gentle care, and someone who appreciates the simple joy of having a loyal senior by their side. Oakley doesn’t ask for much—just kindness, consistency, and a place to finally call home again.
Note - all the listings on Friends of Shelter Animals for Cobb are done by volunteers. If this cat or dog came in as a lost animal, we do not know how they might be with children, other pets, or if house trained. You can bring your pet to the shelter for a meet & greet with your potential new best friend. When inquiring about a cat or dog, please use THE ID NUMBER.
