Meet Pickles! Pickles is ~2 years old. He is very sweet. Loves to snuggle, sit on your lap, snuggle next to you in bed. Very playful. LOVES other dogs, but doesn't recognize their boundaries & pesters them. Barks a lot at cats. Cats don't like him.
Pickles is VERY smart. Knows how to use a dog door. Runs in & out all day. However, he prefers peeing inside, especially at night. He simply does not want to go outside. Put him in a crate? He will pee in it. Leave him outside for 1 hour before bed? He will pee during the middle of the night. I now get up in the middle of the night when I hear him get up. He watches and when he sees me he will run outside to potty, but if I happen to sleep through it...he leaves a nice warm puddle for me to find in the morning. For the 2nd time he has peed on my bag of crochet yarn, a critical error on his part. He's driving me crazy.
He is a snuggly, lovable menace. His 2 dog brothers,1 cat brother and I have had enough. Save us. Come get Pickles.
