Meet Xaden!

Xaden is a 5-year-old male miniature poodle weighing about 13 lbs with a sleek black coat. He’s a very social little guy who loves being around people and soaks up attention whenever he can. Has a little bit of seperation anxiety when left home alone. He is very sweet, listens very well and knows how to sit.

Xaden can be dog selective and would do best in a home with male dogs only, as he tends to get overly excitable around female dogs. With the right match and proper introductions, he does well and thrives with structure.

The good news? Xaden is also good with cats, making him a great option for a cat-friendly household looking for a small, affectionate companion.

If you’re looking for a people-loving pup who fits well in a cat household and can meet his dog-preference needs, Xaden could be a wonderful addition to your family.

Adoption fees are variable. Up to date vaccines, microchip, spay/neuter are included in the fee.

Once your application has been approved, we will put you in touch with a CAMO representative to set up a meet and greet. We select the best applicant for each dog, based on the dog's needs. For the safety of our small breed dogs and based on our past experiences, we will not place our dogs in homes with large breed dogs.

Vet reference check : Please contact your vet to give consent for record / information release.

Home Check

Home visit: You will be contacted by a volunteer to set up a time for a virtual home/yard check.

Meet the Pet

Call with Foster or Kennel Manager to set up a meet and greet.

5.
Sign Adoption Contract

Pay Fee

Pay the adoption donation fee.

Take the Pet Home

More about this rescue

CAMO Rescue is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that offers life, health, and a forever home. We specialize in dogs that other rescues can’t or won’t take due to fearful nature or medical needs. We primarily rescue ‘euthanasia listed’ animals that are in immediate danger of death. We provide shots, spay/neuter, microchip, foster homes, food, medical treatment and love to dogs that are abandoned, unwanted or otherwise in need. We never euthanize an animal to make room for another. In addition to caring for our dogs and finding the best possible home for them, we provide education to the community; encouraging and promoting responsible pet ownership. If needed, our rescue dogs are retrained to socialize in an adoptive loving family. We have had phenomenal success, and amazing support from our community. We believe that animals, as living creatures are entitled to a quality life, respect and compassion. Since humans have domesticated animals, we have a moral and ethical responsibility to care for them. We are partnered with many Shelters to help them reach the same goal.
