My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Background: When Frodo isn`t on the long journey destroying the `Ring`, he`s on a quest to find his forever home.
Personality: A bit shy initially but warms up with gentle affection.
Compatibility:
No Dogs: Prefers a canine-free environment.
Other Cats: Would benefit from the companionship of another feline to boost his confidence.
Habits and Preferences:
Shy but Loving: Needs time to get comfortable with new people but enjoys pets once he feels safe.
Quiet Environments: Thrives in calm and peaceful settings.
Ideal Home:
Understanding Owners: Needs a patient family who respects his boundaries and doesn’t force interactions when he’s scared.
Feline Friendship: A home with another cat would help him come out of his shell.
Considerations:
Patience and understanding are crucial.
A peaceful environment will allow his personality to shine.
Frodo is ready to begin his journey in a loving home that appreciates his gentle nature. If you`re looking for a loyal companion and are willing to give him the time he needs to adjust, Frodo might be your perfect match!

More about this shelter

Our shelter was built in 2007 for the City of Hutchinson. Our goal is to help cut down on the pet-overpopulation of Reno County and to place animals in furever homes!
