My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Desi is a male adult Domestic Short Hair mix who prefers to live life in quiet mode, observing the world like a tiny, whiskered librarian. Extremely shy at first, he’s the kind of cat who believes slow introductions are a sign of excellent manners. Once he feels safe, his very sweet and gentle nature shines through, and he shows just how loving he can be. Desi enjoys calmly watching the room, taking mental notes on everything happening around him, and offering soft affection on his own terms. He was found as a stray and is FIV positive, which simply means he needs a loving indoor home where he can continue being the mellow, tender-hearted companion he was always meant to be. With patience, kindness, and a peaceful environment, Desi promises quiet companionship, soft moments, and a whole lot of love tucked behind those cautious eyes.
