My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Latte!
Approx. 12 weeks old (as of 1/31/26) • 9.5 lbs • Possible Mini Aussie/Aussie mix/Border Collie mix

Latte is as sweet as her name suggests! This bright, affectionate puppy wins over everyone she meets. While her exact breed mix is unknown, Latte shows many traits common to Mini Aussies, Australian Shepherds, and Border Collies — including intelligence, sensitivity, and a strong desire to bond with her people.

What Latte Loves
• Other dogs — she absolutely adores canine friends and thrives with them.
• All people — including the kids she has met.
• Riding in the car — she’s calm, comfortable, and travels like a pro.
• Learning and being near her humans.

What We Don’t Know Yet
• Cats — she hasn’t been tested with them yet.

Ideal Forever Home
Latte will do best in a home that:
• Has at least one confident, friendly dog, which helps her feel secure and supports her as she works through some separation anxiety.
• Has herding breed experience or knowledge, or is excited to learn how to meet the needs of a smart, active breed mix.
• Is patient and consistent as she continues working on potty training and crate training — she’s making steady progress!

Other Details
Latte is scheduled for her spay surgery on 2/2 and will be ready to start interviewing for her forever home on 2/7.
