Dolly is a 7 year-old American corgi (mix of cardigan and pembroke corgis) with an undocked tail. She is very loyal to her people, loves to play and run, is very tolerant of our almost 2 year-old, and loves other dogs. She can be an anxious dog at times, fireworks send her running to the bath tub every Fourth of July and new years but that’s about the extent. She is very aware of all noises around her. She is house broken, kennel trained, and walks on a leash.
My husband and I have had her since she was a puppy when we first got married. This is not an easy thing for us to do, but with a 2 year old and another baby on the way, we simply feel like Dolly is always getting the shaft.
The ideal situation for Dolly would be with a family who has room for her to run and play. She struggles in our close-quarters neighborhood with our small fenced in yard. We just want a loving home for her at the end of the day.
