“Rocky” showed up crying at Sophia’s home in Rosedale in the rain. He was briefly frightened away, but Sophia would not be deterred. We also verify two references, a vet check for up-to-date vaccinations, SNAP test . We verify the property, and if the adopter is renting, we do require that the lease have information regarding an adoption of a pet or speak with the landlord. It is only after the application is approved that people can come in to meet the cats and kittens.
