Kebab is an eight-month-old, 42-pound Lab mix who is bursting with puppy charm, brains, and boundless enthusiasm! This adorable young Lab has all the happy energy you’d expect, paired with the intelligence the breed is famous for. Curious and confident, Kebab loves exploring the world on his walks, stopping to investigate all the exciting sights and smells along the way. His leash skills are quite good for his age, with just a touch of playful “bee-on-a-string” puppy flair. One of his favorite tricks is trotting along while carefully balancing on the curb, clearly showing off both his coordination and confidence.
Kebab is very treat-motivated, which will make training fun and rewarding, and he could be a fantastic candidate for agility or other active dog sports. Best of all, after a day of adventures, Kebab is happy to settle in for some quality snuggle time. He would thrive in a family that’s both active and affectionate and ready to enjoy all the joy a growing puppy brings. He is also dog-friendly and would do well in a home that has other dogs.

If another dog or dogs are present in the household we require a meet and greet prior to adoption. All members of the household must be on board with adoption. Home Fur Good is a non profit no kill animal shelter located in the NE Valley. We take a majority of our cats and dogs from County, many who have treatable medical conditions and would otherwise be put down. We assess physical and behavior and work with the cats/dogs to find the best suitable match. It is our goal that each cat or dog that comes to our shelter ultimately be placed in their "furever" homes.
We also operate a low cost vaccine and microchip clinic each Sunday. We want to help community be able to care for and keep their animals safe. We do not charge vet fee only fee for vaccine and microchip. Additionally we have a low cost dental clinic each Wednesday. Check our website for more details.
