Hi, my name is Persephone, like the goddess of springtime! My human mom really works a lot! As much as she loves me, she knows I don't get as much cuddle time with her and am not very happy. She wants me to have a good life, so she asked SCC to help me find a home with people that are home more. So, I am getting close to 5 years old and I have those beautiful tortoiseshell (torti) colors. I really like to play - and am quite a great hunter of my toy mice. I would be a great companion for someone that is home more. Older kids might be better, sometimes toddlers can be a bit much. I have had some outdoor time, so if you are a gardener, I could be a great gardening companion. I lived with dog a few years ago so, I could adjust, depending on the breed and size. I might also adjust to another cat - slow introductions are always best. I have had my vaccines and will be microchipped, tested for FeLV/FIV, and treated for any parasites (if found) soon.
