My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Dog name: Stevie Nicole

Breed: shepherd mix

Sex: female

Age: 2.5

Weight: 70 pounds

Medical Needs: Stevie Nicole is up to date on vaccines and is spayed.

Housebroken: Yes

Good in a crate: Sometimes she needs a nudge to get in but she is quiet once crated.

Good in the car: She is a little nervous getting in the car, but settles in after a few minutes.

Good on a leash: Yes

Energy level: Low with some periods of medium energy outside.

Need a fenced in yard: No, she will be fine with leashed walks.

Dog Friendly: Yes

If yes, does your foster need another dog in its adoptive home? Yes

Cat Friendly? Unknown, can test if needed.

Kid Friendly: Unknown. There are no children in her foster home. She is reported to be nervous around loud, active children.

If yes, what's the youngest child you'd recommend they be placed with? 12 and up.

***Does this dog have a superpower?

Stevie Nicole has amazing and extra sensitive hearing.

Special traits that make your foster special or that we need to know: Stevie Nicole is such a sweet girl. She is wonderfully behaved and has been trained to stay off of the furniture. She will sit at your feet and stare into your soul with her beautiful eyes. Due to her superpower (see above) lots of noises make Stevie a little anxious. She will need a single family home that's a bit on the quieter side. Somewhat reserved at first, once you have been together for a day or two, Stevie Nicole will become your quietly devoted companion. She's not asking for much, a quiet home, a confident doggy pal, and loving, patient humans.

Foster location: Stevie Nicole is being fostered in Dover, Delaware.
