The Zoomie Queen: When she’s happy, she really zooms.
Her "Quirks": Stormy is so in love with the outdoors that sometimes a treat isn't enough to convince her the party is over—she’ll need a family who can turn "coming inside" into a fun new game. She’s still very much a puppy at heart, bouncing with joy when the harness comes out!
