Geppetto is a 9 year old mini red poodle who gets along with dogs, however has resource guarding issues and can be territorial. He currently lives with two other dogs, a labradoodle and a Newfoundland mix. He is very well trained! He has developed a mild, chronic cough with old age which has been confirmed by my vet on 1/17/26 that it is NOT kennel cough, and due to his age and breed. Some days he doesn’t cough at all. I have situational medication he can take to subdue his cough if necessary. He LOVES fetching, playing ball, running around, barking, and napping. He is very low maintenance and has a small appetite. He does not like being held at the hips or touched at the hips but loves cuddling. He loves other dogs but could be a single dog, in a quiet household without children. He is a very good boy and has never pottied in the house. I am happy to have him vaccinated for the adopter.
