My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

I adopted Mya when she was just 10 weeks old back in 2016. Mya is 9 yo and will be 10 this upcoming May. She is honestly the best cat ever. She is so sweet and affectionate and very mild mannered. She is completely house trained, litter trained, and trained not to jump on tables or counters at all. She is in great health and still moving about actively. She is neutered and declawed (front claws only). We love Mya so much, but as she is getting older, our lifestyle is becoming a lot for her. We have a 2 yo daughter and will be welcoming baby #2 in March. She is amazing with our daughter, but we can tell that she is needing more time and attention than we are able to give. We also move a lot for my husband’s job so she has been all over the country with us in the last few years. We are gone a lot in general because of my husband’s job so she is alone a lot, and we recognize that being alone too often can make her anxious. Mya is truly the most ideal cat, but we know this is what’s best.
