My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Jersey is a sweet kitten with a wonderful balance of playful energy and loving affection. Smart and curious, Jersey enjoys toys and exploration, but truly shines when it’s time to relax—curling up in laps is a favorite pastime. She loves wet food and gets especially excited at mealtime. After playtime, this little one is happiest snuggling close and purring contentedly. With a gentle, people-loving personality and a knack for learning quickly, Jersey would make a fantastic companion in a loving home. If you’re looking for a kitten who will happily play, cuddle, and nap by your side, Jersey is ready to steal your heart.

If you are interested in Jersey please apply to adopt through cattyshackrescue.org or email cattyshackrescue@gmail.com for more info. Yavapai County residents only. If you were born before 1959 please do not apply to adopt a kitten.

More about this rescue

We are a 501(c)(3) non profit group of unpaid volunteers who have come together to rescue cats from the street. Our group rescues cats already in trouble through abandonment. We saw a need in our community for cats on the street with no advocates to be helped through sheltering, spay/neuter and placement in homes of their own.
