Hi, my name is Ember and I'm about 5 1/2 months old. I was found as a stray kitten and.surrendered to Bond County Humane Society so I can find a loving furever home. I am a striking black and orange tortoiseshell kitten. I am a little shy, but I like being picked up and petted. I like to play with little mouse toys. I am spayed, UTD on vaccinations, tested for FeLV/FIV, treated for internal and external parasites and micro chipped. My adoption fee is $150. Additional adoption info

Our adoption process requires the completion and approval of an adopter's profile form. This form can be obtained in person or on-line at our web site, www.bondcohs.petfinder.com. It can be completed and e-mailed to the address provided for review. We have a standard adoption agreement. Dog adoption fees vary depending on breed, and age of dog. They generally range from $125 to $250. Cat adoption fees are $90 for kittens (under 1 year of age), $55 for adult cats that have been housed at the shelter for 1 year or less. Adoption fees for cats that have been housed at the shelter for multiple years are by donation.

We conduct off-site adoptions on Saturdays at the following locations:

PETCO - Fairview Heights, IL
Every Saturday, 11-3 (except holiday weekends)

Shelter hours are 1-5pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Sunday is ONLY by appointment.
