Cherokee is a short-hair, silver tabby mix female, born approximately Sept 1st, 2024. Although her fur is short, it is especially thick and soft. She is very affectionate and always wants to get petted first before digging into her food at mealtime. She loves to be brushed and petted. She's happy to play or lay around in the sun. She'll be a very loyal friend. Cherokee was fostered in a house with other cats and a dog.

We are a 501(c)(3) non profit group of unpaid volunteers who have come together to rescue cats from the street. Our group rescues cats already in trouble through abandonment. We saw a need in our community for cats on the street with no advocates to be helped through sheltering, spay/neuter and placement in homes of their own.
