My name is Basil!

Basil is a sweet, affectionate 3-year-old cat I adopted from a local Las Vegas animal shelter in 2023, when she was just a few months old. She is incredibly friendly and loves to cuddle. Basil is very bonded to her adoptive brother, Ash, whom I adopted at the same time. They play together, nap together, and keep each other company, and they truly are a bonded pair. Because of their strong bond, Basil and Ash must be adopted together. I’m not willing to separate them, as they rely on each other for comfort and companionship.

Basil would do best in a loving home with someone who has the time and attention to enjoy her affectionate personality. I’m looking for a new home for them because my circumstances have changed. I’m currently in law school and preparing for the bar exam, which has made it difficult for me to give them the time, attention, and financial stability they deserve. My goal is to place them in a home where they’ll be truly cherished and well cared for.
