* Spayed.
* Currently undergoing treatment for heartworm, giardia, and anaplasma.

2⃣ Rescue Story
* Julie was rescued during an Adogs volunteering trip to the Gimje City Shelter. We found her shivering in the freezing wind, and due to concerns about her being exposed to contagious diseases in the harsh shelter environment, we rushed to get her to safety.

3⃣ Basic Information
* With People: Is a bit shy and needs time to open up. Tends to avoid eating when people are watching.
* With Dogs: Gets along well with friends at our center, though she often enjoys spending quiet time in her own corner.
* With Cats: Unknown because she has not been introduced to them yet.
* Separation Anxiety: Unknown because she currently lives in a group setting at our center.
* Potty Training: Unknown. May need patient training from scratch once she starts her life in a home.
* Hygiene: No experience with professional grooming yet.
* Walks: Has just arrived at our center and has not had a chance to go on walks yet.
* Car Sickness: Showed no signs of motion sickness during short trips.
* Has shown no signs of biting or barking at all.

Their adoption process

1.
Submit Application

We highly encourage the applicants to be as thorough as possible in their application!

2.
Interview

Once the application is reviewed, applicants will be invited to zoom interviews which last usually 15-20 minutes.

3.
Approve Application

Once applicants pass zoom interview, we will connect adopter to foster team for the most up to date news as well as photos and videos.

4.
Sign Adoption Contract

5.
Pay Fee

The adoption fee is payable in two separate installments.

6.
Take the Pet Home

Adopters will be picking up the adopted pets from the designated airports.

All our dogs fly from Korea to the US when their adoptions are finalized. All adopters must agree to surrender the pets BACK to ADOGS if the adopter no longer wants the pet. All adopters must agree to provide periodic update of the adopted pet.

All our dogs fly from South Korea to the US when their adoptions are finalized so the adopters cannot go through "meet and greet."
But once applicants pass zoom interview, we will connect adopter to foster team for the most up to date news as well as photos and videos. The adopter can post any questions and can make video call as well.

More about this rescue

ADOGS(Adopt Dogs), a non-profit organization, is an abandoned dog foster/adoption organization launched by an individual volunteer group that has rescued, fostered, adopted dogs since 2018.

We are conducting rescue, foster, adopt from South Korea rural shelter. We also rescue dogs irregularly from illegal dog farms or any other places that need help.
We rescue large and small dogs of all breeds, including dogs with special needs.

Although we can't save all abandoned dogs in the world, we are doing our best to the dogs in front of us so that their lives can be changed like any other pets.

In expanding our search for adoption leads, we’ve broadened our mission: To bring at-risk dogs across the Pacific to loving stateside families.

Due to limited demand for large-breed dogs in Korea, arranging for local adoption has proven almost impossible. Instead, we seek to bring these persecuted dogs to the United States where dogs have a higher chance for adoption and survival.
