If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
I picked up Stormy last summer (July 7th 2025) from a family that said they found her roaming around in their neighborhood. They were going to surrender her to the humane society if no one took her in. As soon as I met her she was so sweet and loving. You can tell she needs to be loved and she is ready to return the love back. The very next day (after taking her in) I took her to the vet. She was checked to see if she had a microchip and nothing. We got her vaccinated and in the fall she was fixed and a microchip was added. The vet claims she is around a year old. I have no time to train her and I hate when I leave her home by herself (happens often). She needs a family that will make time for her and that will train her to be the best dog she can be.
