✨ Meet Koda ✨
Senior Sweetheart | 12–13 years young | ~12.5 lbs of pure love 💛
Koda’s world changed when he lost his entire family due to medical issues — but somehow, this incredible little guy hasn’t lost his joy. In fact, he’s one of the most loving, happy souls you’ll ever meet 🐶💕
At around 12–13 years old, Koda is firmly in his golden years, and he wears them beautifully. He’s a petite 12.5 pounds (and yes, he could stand to lose a little weight… but honestly, can’t we all? 😄). What he lacks in size, he more than makes up for in heart.
Koda adores affection, enjoys the simple pleasures in life, and is just grateful to be loved. He’s the kind of dog who will happily soak up cuddles, follow you around with gentle devotion, and remind you every day how special senior dogs truly are 🌟
This sweet boy is holding out hope for a special family — one who will cherish him, spoil him just a little, and give him the comfort, security, and love he deserves for the rest of his days 🏡💞
If you believe that love has no age limit, Koda just might be your perfect match. 🐾💙
All Dallas Dog adoptable pets are spayed or neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines upon finalizing adoption. Puppies adopted under the age of five months require a spay/neuter contract, and all dogs are required to be spayed by six months unless otherwise medically noted. Our dogs are currently on heartworm preventative. Puppies receive 3 to 4 rounds of vaccinations depending on their age, and adults receive two rounds unless they've been with us longer than a year, in which case they receive the booster update. You can complete an application or view all the adoptable pets on our website at www.dallasdog.org/adopt. Upon receiving your application, please allow us 2-3 business days to review and process.
