Meet Charlotte, an 8-year-old Shih Tzu with a gentle soul and a true appreciation for the finer things in life, especially snuggles. She was surrendered along with her housemate Wilbur when their elderly family moved into an assisted living facility. While change isn’t always easy, Charlotte has adjusted beautifully and is happiest when she’s included… preferably on the couch, in your lap.
Charlotte enjoys being part of the action, but her favorite role is professional cuddle companion. She’s calm, affectionate, and content to soak up love at home, making her a wonderful match for a family who values cozy moments and quiet companionship. She does well with other dogs, cats, and kids, and fits in smoothly with just about any household.
She is up to date on her vetting, and as a distinguished older lady, she does have a few medical issues that are currently being addressed by the rescue. Her care plan is in place, and the rescue will be happy to share details, so her future family feels fully supported.
