This little ball of energy is an absolute character. Sometimes that character is chaotic neutral, sometimes chaotic good, but always pretty darn cute!
Boq can be a little skittish at first with new noises and situations, but once he warms up and feels safe his insanely gregarious personality comes out in an unstoppable force of will and opinions. Boq has the energy of a kitten with the heft of a fully grown cat, he absolutely loves to play and engage with whoever is near him and is an incredible conversationalist (especially when hungry). He generally prefers playing directly with you, and will follow you while jumping around and batting at your legs trying to emulate a vicious red panda attack (look at that tail!), but his claws actually never come out and the feeling of his grinch toes on your leg is honestly the cutest thing. He can get a little carried away and bitey if you don't redirect him to any toy quickly enough when he's in play mode, but it's not his fault, he just wants all of your attention! You can tell because regardless of whether it's pets, playing, or biting, he pretty much only stops purring if he's asleep.
Much like a kitten, his second and third modes of existence are: (2) I need food I'm starving I've never been fed before in my life please feed me right this instant, (3) I love you and I'm tired, I need to be as close to your face as possible while I sleep and recover so I'm just going to lay down on your mouth.
Boq would do best in an environment that is energetic that can keep him engaged and out of trouble, be that with other playful cats or with a family that can give him all the attention and love he wants (and deserves)!

More about this rescue
Tenth Life's Mission:
Giving cats the lives they deserve.
At Tenth Life, we believe that every cat, regardless of emotional or physical limitations, deserves the chance at a fulfilling and happy life.
We provide veterinary care, foster homes, and adoptive placement to stray cats and kittens, prioritizing those with special needs. We work to end unnecessary euthanasia and cat homelessness through educational outreach, community programs, and collaborative partnerships.
Only when a trusted veterinarian determines that a cat is in a state of incurable suffering, does Tenth Life relieve them of their pain through gentle and humane euthanasia. This difficult and thoughtful decision is never made in response to a lack of space, negative behaviors, or because a cat's medical needs are challenging or expensive.
